As someone who appreciates a good cup of coffee, I've become more discerning as to what I like and quite frankly what I feel tastes good. We're spoiled for choice when it comes to the range of options out there though to me, Happi Coffee simply hits the mark.

What makes Happi whole-bean coffee fresher than grocery store beans?

We roast your coffee to order and ship it in 1–3 business days. Grocery store coffee is often roasted weeks—or months—before it reaches the shelf. Fresher whole bean coffee means more aroma, more flavor, and a better cup.

Do I need a special grinder for whole bean coffee?

Not at all. A burr grinder is better than a blade grinder for consistency, but you don’t need anything fancy. Start with a basic burr grinder and adjust until your coffee tastes balanced.

How should I store whole bean coffee once it arrives?

Keep your beans in an airtight container or the original zip bag, away from light, heat, and moisture. Skip the fridge. For best flavor, enjoy within 4–6 weeks of roast.

When should I grind and brew whole bean coffee?

Our whole beans are ready to brew on arrival. Many coffee lovers find the sweet spot is between days 3 and 14 post-roast. Stored well, your beans will stay flavorful for weeks.

What grind size should I use for whole bean coffee?

That depends on your brew method:
• Drip: medium
